This was the third time I made this recipe, meant to take pictures and post it the other two times but just didn’t get around to it! So here it is, obviously I love it because I have made it 3 times in a month! It is from the cook book “Well Fed” by Melissa Joulwan. The recipes I have made out of it have been great! Although I used the mashed cauliflower recipe from the “Practical Paleo” because it is simpler.
Lately I have been toasting some walnuts and cashews in a pan with a little coconut oil and maple syrup, and putting them with the salad. I am addicted!
